Howard M. Gurock, Esq.

As a trial lawyer focusing on business and commercial litigation, he has tried cases to verdict in the United States Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the Middle District of North Carolina and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of New York and District of New Jersey. He has also successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Howard has been an associate attorney at a New York based litigation boutique, General Counsel for a stock trading company, having also previously held Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. From 1995 to 2007 he was a partner and chair of the litigation department for a NY and NJ based law firm specializing in business, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation.

While maintaining a private practice, Howard has been the President and General Counsel for a multi-million-dollar retail lighting manufacturing and distribution company.

Howard currently serves as General Counsel for the TLC Companions Home Health Care companies, and Champion Foods, Inc., which has been involved in the commodities business for over 30 years. Howard also regularly advises and is retained to represent companies in commodities transactions and is often requested to act as escrow agent in those transactions.
