Christine M. Tiritilli

Christine joined the firm of Albergo, Shmaruk & Kofman, LLC in July of 2024 as Counsel.  Her practice focuses on complex and commercial litigation, estate litigation, chancery and general equity matters, shareholder and partner disputes, and debtor and creditor disputes.  Christine is primarily located at the firm’s Woodbridge office.

Christine started as a law clerk at a respected Essex County law firm in 1995 while completing law school.  After graduating from law school and passing the New Jersey bar exam, Christine continued to practice law at that firm for 29 years.

Christine is a graduate of Matawan Regional High School in Monmouth County where she participated as a color guard member of the marching band.  In 1992, she graduated with honors from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Douglass College, with a Bachelor of Arts in English. In 1996, she received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Over the years, Christine has engaged in various volunteer roles in her current hometown of Madison, New Jersey and has stayed connected to Rutgers University as a volunteer and advocate for Rutgers University. She currently serves on the Zoning Board of Adjustment in Madison and is a Director Emerita of the Rutgers University Alumni Association.
